- “Session” or “Event” refers to any photography service agreed upon between the Company and Client.
Service Agreement
Pricing and Packages
All pricing and package information provided is valid for 30 days from the date of quote unless otherwise specified. Pricing is based on the session details discussed and confirmed. Custom packages are available to meet specific needs.
Session Details
The details of your photography session will be clearly defined in a written agreement or contract before the event date. Any changes to the agreed details (location, time, additional hours, etc.) must be approved in writing and may result in additional charges.
Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date
- Payment schedules will be outlined in the photography contract
- Final payment is typically due before or on the day of the session/event
- We accept various payment methods as specified in your contract
- Late payments may incur additional fees and may delay delivery of photos
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the session, event, or subject matter
- Ensure access to the location(s) during agreed session times
- Obtain necessary permissions for shooting at private venues or properties
- Communicate any special requests or concerns promptly
- Make timely payments per the agreement
- Treat photography equipment and the photographer with respect
Our Responsibilities
We commit to:
- Provide professional, quality photography services
- Use professional-grade equipment and techniques
- Maintain appropriate business insurance
- Deliver edited photos within the agreed timeline
- Protect and backup your images during the editing process
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the process
Warranties and Guarantees
Service Quality
We are committed to providing professional photography services and delivering high-quality edited images. If you are unsatisfied with the final product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss your concerns. This does not cover:
- Subjective preferences or artistic differences
- Issues arising from client actions during the session
- Weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control
- Technical issues caused by third-party platforms (galleries, print services)
Digital File Delivery
Digital files are delivered through a secure online gallery. We are not responsible for:
- Client failure to download files within the specified timeframe
- Loss of files after successful delivery to client
- Third-party platform technical issues
- Print quality issues when using third-party print services
Liability and Insurance
- We maintain appropriate business liability insurance
- We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (weather, venue issues, etc.)
- Backup equipment is maintained, but we are not liable for equipment failure that prevents photo delivery if all reasonable precautions were taken
- We are not responsible for key moments missed due to client direction, timeline delays, or obstruction of photographer
Rescheduling and Weather
For outdoor sessions:
- Weather-related rescheduling is allowed up to the day before/of the session
- Rescheduling must be mutually agreed upon
- For weddings and events, we will work in any weather conditions unless deemed unsafe
- Indoor backup plans are recommended for important outdoor events
Cancellation and Changes
Session Cancellation
- Cancellations must be made in writing
- Deposits are non-refundable once the date is reserved
- Cancellations within 30 days of the session may forfeit partial or full payment
- Wedding and event cancellations follow specific contract terms
Schedule Changes
All changes to scheduled date, time, or location must be requested in writing and are subject to photographer availability. Changes may affect pricing and deliverables.
Scheduling and Delays
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your photos within the estimated timeframe specified in your contract. However, we are not liable for delays caused by:
- High volume periods (wedding season)
- Technical issues with equipment or software
- Client-requested changes to editing or selections
- Unforeseen circumstances or emergencies
- Acts of nature
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute:
- The parties will first attempt to resolve through direct communication
- If unresolved, mediation may be pursued
- Legal action may be taken as a last resort
Limitation of Liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO OUR PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SESSION OR EVENT IN QUESTION.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your failure to obtain necessary venue permissions or permits
- Inaccurate information provided about the session or event
- Your interference with photography services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Copyright infringement resulting from your use of photos
Website Use
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Distribute malware or harmful code
- Interfere with website functionality
- Collect user data without authorization
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including portfolio photos, client galleries, logos, and written content, is our property and protected by copyright laws. You may not use our content without written permission.
Photo Rights
Clients receive personal use rights to their photos as specified in their contract. The photographer retains copyright and may use photos for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Privacy

Changes to Terms
